Sales Policy

SALES POLICY

 

All products are offered for sale subject to availability and acceptance of your order. By placing an order, you agree to our terms and conditions, including our delivery, return, and payment policies. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or issues identified by our payment and fraud prevention systems. Full payment is required before dispatch of goods. Orders cannot be modified after submission. By purchasing, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

 

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

 

Ownership of Products
Justin Landon retains full ownership of all products until full payment has been received.

 

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us at hello(at)studiolandon.de for assistance.

 

Order Changes
It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This includes changes in size, color, removing items, delivery address, or payment method.

 

Shipping

  • All packages within Germany are shipped via DHL.
  • All international packages are sent as insured certified mail.
  • Orders are shipped within 7 business days after the order is placed unless otherwise notified by Justin Landon.
  • If your order is urgent, please email hello(at)studiolandon.de, and we will prioritize your delivery if possible.

Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive the package, DHL or the national postal carrier will leave a delivery notice and take the package with them. Two delivery attempts will be made in total. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.

 

When you find a delivery notice, please contact the carrier to arrange an alternative delivery time, address, or specify that the package can be left in a safe place such as your backyard.

 

Delivery Address
You may have your package delivered to your workplace if that is more convenient—just include the correct delivery address when ordering.

 

Please note that delivery to PO boxes is not possible.

Freight Charges

We ship worldwide. Freight charges depend on your delivery address and order amount. Please find your delivery zone and corresponding charges below:

 

Germany
Freight Charges: EUR 5–7

 

Europe (EU Member States)
Freight Charges: Up to EUR 15

Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective product or an order that does not match what you placed (wrong or missing items), please contact us immediately with your order number and a photograph of the issue.

 

Returns of Paper Goods
All sales of paper products, including Justin Landon prints, are final. If damages occur during shipment, please provide photographic documentation before returning the items. Damaged paper products will be replaced at no extra charge.

 

Exchanges and Refunds
If you wish to exchange a product, please place a new order online and return the original product to receive a refund.
Due to credit card payment regulations, we cannot charge your card for a higher amount than the original purchase, nor modify the paid amount for security reasons. Therefore, a new order must be placed.

Customs and Import Duties

If your country charges customs or import duties, these fees will be due upon delivery. You are responsible for any such charges. Customs policies vary by country; please contact your local customs office for information.

 

For orders outside the EU, it is possible to reclaim German VAT. Please contact us for assistance.
